My professional experience began with processes, record-keeping and organising information. I learned to look closely at the details of an operation: what needs to be in order, where information is missing and how one step affects the next.
When I started building websites and online stores, I brought that attention to detail into my digital work. I began thinking about how to present a business, organise its content and make things easier for visitors. Each project involved decisions about structure, navigation and language, building my experience in design and development.
Working in e-commerce deepened that perspective. Beyond the pages themselves, I worked with catalogues, integrations and the routines that keep a store running. I learned to consider both the shopping experience and the work of the people managing the operation.
Over the years, these experiences began to connect. Today, I start a project by understanding what needs to work, who will use it and what matters most. From there, I organise the ideas and build the interface, reviewing decisions throughout development.
That is how I approach websites, stores and systems: with care for how they look, how people use them and the everyday work behind each delivery.
